This sets the bar pretty high, but it’s only February. I bet the other congressmen can put their heads together and come up with something even stupider than this.

Wait… I thought the dumbest idea of the year was the one where we turn the NW into a coal-shipping depot so that we can ship Montana and Wyoming coal to China. I’ve got the link here somewhere….
